accountants, IS, legal, and manufacturing. This was a 750 employee firm engaged
in multiple locations and businesses. The business model consists of regional
Plasma Centers, Research and pilot manufacturing in Rockville, MD and
operations, accounting, full manufacturing, IS, marketing and sales in Boca
